Our new Home is 6 miles from the small town of Angleton Texas. We are 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico Beaches and only 45 minutes from major shopping and medical facilities in Houston. Chenango Ranch is a new development of 500 acres with only 7 homes completed so we feel like we live in our own private forest of massive live oaks. Our property backs on a large working ranch so we view cattle, horses and goats grazing in the pasture each day.
